If its tropical clothing you’re looking, check out the boutiques in Hillsborough or near the beaches.

People do a most of their shopping in Hillsborough where there are several island sized “super markets”.
You will find interesting and varied selections in each store, meeting most of your basic needs.
A few similar stores are in Windward and Harvey Vale, while smaller rum shops are scattered throughout the island carrying very basic items.
Frozen fish, poultry and meats are available in the larger stores as well as freshly butchered selections on Saturday mornings in Hillsborough. Fresh fish is available but one must be savvy being at the right place at the right time to find one.

Browse through the open market, government marketing board or visit many independent street vendors for local & imported produce. Shopping in Carriacou is fun and anything goes…where else can you buy a bottle of rum or have a cold beer at a hardware store?

Most stores are open from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm
on Saturdays although some have extended hours.

Banks are usually open from 8 am until 2 pm, Monday to Friday
but have ATM machines.
