There are several large airlines bringing visitors from North America, Europe and larger Caribbean islands. Some offer direct service to nearby Grenada, Barbados or Trinidad & Tobago where connecting travel arrangements to Carriacou can be made either by smaller plane or in the case of Grenada by high-speed ferry. Often it is necessary to overnight in one of the larger islands before one continues on to Carriacou.
